During my stay, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. I particularly appreciated the spacious King Studio with a full kitchen, making it easy to prepare my meals. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mohegan Sun Arena.

I found the pricing a bit high.

The King Studio offered ample space and a full kitchen, making it perfect for family meals. An engaging outdoor area with a fire pit added a lovely touch for evenings.

The breakfast options felt a bit repetitive, which could use some variety to keep things fresh during longer stays. The indoor pool was great but could get crowded during peak hours.

The shower's water pressure left much to be desired, making for a less than satisfying rinse. Pillows were uncomfortably flat, which made sleeping a little tricky. Additionally, the temperature control in the room was ineffective, leading to a few warm nights.

This Residence Inn impressed me with its cleanliness. The room, hallways, and breakfast area sparkled. Staff at the front desk went out of their way to be kind and welcoming. They took a moment to engage and ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast staff also stood out for being helpful and engaging. On the downside, my room was next to landscaping work that started early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. Also, during breakfast, they ran out of several items, like bacon and eggs, which was disappointing. Overall, I appreciated the friendly service but would recommend better management of noise and food supplies to allow for a truly restful stay.

Big bathroom comfort

The room was spacious, and I loved the comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. I enjoyed relaxing by the indoor pool and making use of the BBQ facilities for a fun evening. The only downside was that I found the breakfast options to be a bit repetitive over three days, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😄

Convenient stay near the arena!

We stayed 1 night for a concert and loved the clean room and friendly front desk staff! Breakfast was delish, especially those waffles! 😋 Just wish they had some toiletries other than conditioner. Great place overall.
